Credits: Laurent Ziegler

Born and raised in Vienna in 1983, I am a psychotherapist specializing in in Integrative Therapy and a clinical psychologist. From an early age, I was accompanied by the desire to understand human existence, which was followed by corresponding training:

 

  •     Master’s degree in psychology studies (Vienna/A and University of Illinois/USA)
  •     Training as a clinical and health psychologist (GkPP)
  •     Otto-Wagner Hospital/ "Pavilion 2
  •     Psychosomatic Center Eggenburg
  •     Long-term psychotherapy ward for addicts
  •     Psychotherapeutic propaedeutic course (ÖAGG)
  •     Master’s degree in Psychotherapy studies (DUK)
  •     In independent practice since 2012 at the VIA Therapiezentrum Baden

My interests and further education lie in body oriented therapy approaches according to Sylvester Walch, Peter Levine, Laurence Heller, in Brainspotting according to David Grand, in trauma therapy, Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) according to Jon Kabat-Zinn, as well as Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) according to Kristin Neff.

 

Privately, my love of yoga, meditation, nature, and movement informs me in many ways. My two children are often my greatest teachers.
